I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Old Navy (San Ysidro, CA) in Aug 2020
Interview
I asked to talk to the Manager and when I did, he was very nice and asked me if I had experience with customer service and if I felt confident talking to customers and using the cash register. I was hired on the spot. This happened in 2019.
