I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Old Navy in July 2009
Interview
Very easy going, be ready with questions for you to ask. Be outgoing, assertive and positive. Dress casually and turn your phone off before it starts. You should talk about customer service and Old Navy cards and consistency. You should always ask your own questions about things like pay, what the job duties are and hours.

Question 1
When was the last time that your manager changed your schedule at the last minute? How did you react to that?
I applied online. I interviewed at Old Navy (Tannersville, PA) in May 2026
Interview
I was contacted by the store manager for an interview. I was asked to go to New Jersey to meet with the store manager for the first interview. I ended up meeting with two store managers who appeared to be very knowledgeable. When the store manager from the store that I applied to returned from vacation. I received an email at eight o'clock in the morning saying they were not moving forward. It just seems very unprofessional to send someone out of state, pay tolls, and not even valued enough for a phone call.
2 person interview with me and 1 other person side by side and the asked us basic manager questions. The interview only lasted about 40 mins or so. Not very time consuming
It is pretty smooth, it required a lot of customer service experience but overall pretty easy and they were very friendly. They were fast about the hiring process as well.
