I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Lake Charles, LA) in Feb 2014
Interview
I was shown the store, and taken into the back office and store room. There, I met shift leaders and sales leaders and inventory specialists. I sat down with the Sellebrity Leader and Consultant and asked questions about myself. I was asked questions about my resume, questions about my personal style, difficult tasks I've been faced with before, and how I would sell a pair of jeans they placed in front of me as a roleplaying exercise.
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Question 1
What's something you think will come back in fashion?
Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
