Interview
I applied using Learn Up around midnight or so, so it technically would've been a Tuesday. I got a call from the manager the next day, Wednesday, and she basically interviewed me over the phone, just asking basic interview questions. My in person interview was a day after that, Thursday. I went in, there was one other person. We were asked to introduce ourselves and whatnot, then we were given a list of the four easiest things to find in the store, and we were supposed to work together to find them. We also had to go find outfits for specific occasions, and an outfit that described us. The manager also asked us to act out a scene from a movie or TV show for the assistant manager to test our creativity. Then, we had our one on one interviews, where they asked basic interview questions. When we were both done, we both had to take out the small object we were asked to bring, and explain why we were passionate about it. Very fun interview.

Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
