Oliver interview questions

This process may not be the same now- when I interviewed it was a different company that ended up being acquired by Oliver Inc. First I had a phone interview with the person that would become my manager, and then I had to send in a portfolio of projects I'd done in my past, and then I came in for an in-person interview with my manager-to-be and the Owner of the company. The final interview was on Friday, and I had a good feeling that the job was mine, but they waited until Monday morning to send the offer letter.
