I completed an initial call on video and then a roleplay which i was given immediate feedback for, then invited for a face to face interview where i met 3 people.

Interview process was smooth, able to arrange chats with the hiring manager and teammates very quickly. Seemed like some nice people to work with, and overall OJ provides an open environment with solid support for billing consultants.
