Two Interview rounds for the summer internship program. The first was online via video call with a market sizing problem to solve and some questions about yourself with someone from the Human Resource team
First behavioral interview super annoying that it is 3 at once. Typical tell me about yourself and why oliver wyman. The interviewer seemed like already made up the decision and it was very uncomfortable to undergo the interview.
Did not recieve a callback.
There was an online assessment which tested mostly mental math and reading graphs. Then, there was a 30 minute case interview and a 30 minute behavioral. Fairly straightforward and standard, with the case being easier than average.
