I applied online and was emailed for a phone interview. The process took about 1 month, applied in December and got notified by end of January. I did not have business background, so the interviewer specifically told me that he was not going to ask me very tricky questions. However, it turned out that he specialized in stock market, which I knew little about.

Cover Letter, then Online Logical and Motivational test. Then 3x 30 min case-based interviews and 1x 30 min motivational/fit interview in -person. This was an AC day that was all back to back.

Pre interview assessment, then 30 min behavioral, 30 min case interview in one 1 hour block. Case study tends to be testing more how you think and analyze a case.
