Interview
Interview process included two interviews with senior consultants / managers. One was more behavioral while the other was more case-focused. Case interview portion was straightforward and conversational. Overall, a good experience and the interviewers were nice.
Cover Letter, then Online Logical and Motivational test. Then 3x 30 min case-based interviews and 1x 30 min motivational/fit interview in -person. This was an AC day that was all back to back.

Pre interview assessment, then 30 min behavioral, 30 min case interview in one 1 hour block. Case study tends to be testing more how you think and analyze a case.
