I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Dubai) in Sept 2020
Interview
An initial screening call from an HR assistant followed by a zoom call with one of the Recruiting Team Lead's.
Team Lead seemed a bit disinterested throughout the interview and gave the impression she had made her mind up before the interview began.
No feedback was provided in the follow up email from the HR Assistant other than they would be moving forward with 'other stronger candidates'. Followed up to ask for any specific points where I fell down or could improve, but this request was ignored.
From a candidate experience perspective, it was very poor especially from a recruitment department who should understand the importance in providing feedback.
For a company that shouts about diversity and inclusion, it was surprising to see the whole recruitment department being of a single gender. As a result, it was therefore no surprise to see the newly hired Recruitment Coordinator was also of the same gender.
