The interview process included the standard personal and case interview. The case interview is often candidate-led. The personal interview included questions about leadership, teamwork, and challenges. The interviewers were encouraging and patient.

Cover Letter, then Online Logical and Motivational test. Then 3x 30 min case-based interviews and 1x 30 min motivational/fit interview in -person. This was an AC day that was all back to back.
