I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Al Ḩajarayn) in Oct 2010
Interview
The application process consisted of an online IQ/Math test and then two phone interviews and finally an in-office with Dubai partners held in Boston. The first phone interview was quite simple and easy. Started with basic questions about me and my education for about 2-3 mins and then went on to a case, which wasn't too hard, the interviewer was very nice and friendly and guided me through the whole interview and told me right away that I had passed to the second phone interview round and asked me if I had any questions for them. The second phone interview was exactly the same format, however this time around the interviewer was not friendly at all, he called me about 20 minutes later than the scheduled time. He tried to make the interview very hard but his way of doing that was by constantly interrupting me and pushing me off track rather than giving me a more difficult case.

Question 1
Suppose coke wanted to operate in Dubai, what would it's annual sales figures look like.
An online assessment (Math and Behavioral) followed by 1 group HR interview and 3 case interviews. You have to pass each case interview to move into the next one. Cases mainly focused on market sizing skills.
I applied online. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Dubai) in June 2025
Interview
There was an online assessment, followed by an HR interview. I did not pass the HR interview, however I found it to be underwhelming. Compared to other interviews, no emphasis was placed on actually finding out who you are and how you would fit in to the organization.
