Very pleasant and thought provoking interview process! They definitely asked some outside the box questions and were responsive in following up at each stage in the interview. During their interview process they redact all resumes to eliminate race, gender, age, etc. and you go through a series of calls with people from the company where they ask you a list of questions and record your answers. The final interview was in-person with the owner and who I would be reporting to.
The process is tough. My interview process was two phone calls, and then a teams meeting with the VP and intern supervisor. They ask some hard questions, so you have to stay on your toes.

They give you a engineering problem, and they ask you how you would solve it. They give you 5 minutes to come up with your answer and share.
People were very nice to speak with. They were very interested in learning about my work experience and career goals for the future. I could see myself working here if given the opportunity. Awesome people!
