Applied through LinkedIn, I had a phone screening where they described about Olympic and asked me about my past projects. I then had a behavioral interview and finally a technical interview.

Interview

They had a graduate hiring event and picked out a few candidates. The event included a variety of non-technical activities. After, one technical interview which included some theory questions and a coding challenge.

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Olympic Software (Auckland, Auckland)

Interview

Long waiting process (around 4 weeks), but only one technical interview and offer is released 2 day after. The interviewer is quite friendly and always give you hints if you need. Be confident and you will succeed.
