Olympus Group interview questions

4 total interviews - phone interview with HR, on-site interview with supervisor, on-site interview with team, phone interview with a leadership figure. The whole process was a little over a month. Every interview was very casual and more like a general vibe check and they asked few questions about my actual work experience. I was one of 2 final candidates. They promised I would hear back from them after the final phone call. I never heard back - not a big deal as I would have turned down the position anyways (pay and PTO were a step down from my current role), but still unprofessional, especially after taking time out of my life to interview on site for 2 of the interviews.
