I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Omada (United Kingdom) (Glasgow, Scotland) in Oct 2020
Interview
The job advert was very misleading. The advert claimed that this role was a sales and marketing role which required no experience and worked with industry leading organisations globally. In reality, the job requires you to work on high streets stopping passers by, which the job description does not entail. Moreover, the job is only commission based income and set unrealistic expectations which cannot be met to make a secure income. They also falsely promote a rapid progression scheme which claims that you will be a managing director within 8-12 months which is ridiculous! This company prays on graduates who are entering an unstable labour market and capitalises on their vulnerability. They have also started 'another' company called Vivere Incorporated (which I applied and interviewed for). They have created an online presence which aims to fool people that this is a real company, however when properly reviewed it is apparent that this is merely a façade to further fool their applicants. I considered leaving a stable position for this company and I am extremely relieved that I took it upon myself to do further research on the individual who interviewed me to establish that the role was misleading. Do not apply for this company, as they will provide you with false expectations and cannot be trusted!
