This was, without a doubt, the most disappointing and unprofessional phone interview I've ever experienced. What was scheduled as a 15-minute discussion ended abruptly after just 5 minutes, due to the recruiter's apathetic attitude and mechanical questioning. The recruiter displayed no interest in my qualifications or experiences. Instead, she fixated on two superficial questions about salary expectations and start date, ignoring any discussion about my skills or suitability for the role. Her dismissive tone and rapid questioning felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. She failed to engage in any meaningful dialogue, didn't ask if I had questions, and ultimately left me questioning whether OMNI values its candidates. Overall, the phone call interview was the most impersonal interview I've had the misfortune of experiencing. If this is the standard of their recruitment process, I can only imagine what it's like to work there.
