I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OnFrontiers in Apr 2022
Interview
I had a first round interview. Explained what the company is and what the role required...rambled a lot and it was hard to follow along at times. Very nice though. Basic questions were asked about my experience towards the end, but the majority of the time I was just talked at.
As a next step I was given a design challenge to complete. Up until this moment communication was timely. I sent in my design challenge... and 3 weeks go by with zero communication. I had to follow up 3 times to get any type of response. I'm sure I would've been ghosted if I didn't keep sending check-ins. Very poor communication and I'm disappointed with the interview process.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OnFrontiers in Mar 2022
Interview
It was an informational interview, so not really typically how normal interviews go. The man I spoke to talked about the company, role, and culture within the organization. He was very nice.
