Pros

There are a few major pro's to working at OnFrontiers: - The leadership team (CEO, CTO, CPO) are passionate about the product, empathetic to their teams, and willing to do what it takes to be successful. "Leading from the front" comes to mind here. - There is a large opportunity in the market for our product offerings. This is a net-new solution that is going to be really exciting to see grow. - Great team of individuals who want to see everyone around them succeed. - Remote-first environment that allows for flexibility in travel and working location. - Autonomy in every role. You're treated like an adult and trusted that you can execute.

Cons

- This is a fast-paced startup. If you're not used to shipping things quickly, iterating on everything, and being flexible - this is not an ideal fit. Builders work here. - We have small teams so the scope of work is large - not necessarily a con to everyone, but understand that all hires in the next 6-12 months will be covering a lot.

- Niche market place with a lot of potential for growth - Interesting and challenging problems to be solved - Nimble teams that can move quickly depend on priorities - Transparency and close proximity with senior leadership, employees know what is going on in both administrative and technical sides

Cons

- It is a start-up, things change quickly and you need to adapt - There isn't established processes, we are figuring things out as we go - You should be able to take on ownership and responsibilities for your work
