      Excel and Data Entry Interview

      11 Feb 2011
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at OnGrid in Dec 2010

      Interview

I found the posting on a job search engine and applied. I was contacted by their Marketing and Business Strategy Specialist. I was asked preliminary questions via email. After passing that, we set up a meeting time. The interview was relaxed and informative, lasted about an hour. I learned a lot about the company, the position, and the future hopes of expansion for the company. There were no trick questions, only ones pertinent to the job. I gathered that the CEO is very passionate about his product and his job, and his employees thought very highly of him.
