Standard interview process. During the first interview the interviewer mentioned that the salary range will be from 3,000 to 4,500, specifying the 4500. However during the second interview, the co-director mentioned that they're a small agency and unable to afford to pay that amount. Furthermore, kept downplaying the Marketing role, saying that there was no growth and it would be a waste of time to join as a marketer, whilst simultaneously pushing for the FA role. Eventually kept on insisting that I was a better fit for Sales and was hesitant on bringing up my application to the marketing team as she really wanted me to join their sales side. Said I was not interested in joining as an FA, eventually no call backs for the original role. So standard FA interview.
