The process was pretty straightforward and almost no middlemen involved. You get interviewed almost with whom you directly would work with, if hired. Pretty cool people and culture. That culture might get distractive if you don't keep your head in the game later on, though. They make sure you're comfortable and definitely no gotcha questions or anything like that. No big immersive explanation of the company, as it is well known in the area.
