A thorough, yet quick process. Met a lot of the team and got an accurate view into the culture and what work I'd be doing.
First stage was a phone call, then met with the hiring manager, then presented an exercise to the wider team, and finally, met with 2 of the leadership for final checks.
Also did a strengths finder test which was actually very beneficial as they freely share the results with you and talk you through them.
