I had a phone screen with the hiring manager. Overall fairly easy interview, they followed up within a week. They mostly focused on situational questions and questions about sourcing candidates.

Interviewer was kind but the process seemed way too long.

Question 1
About my aspirations and why I applied to the role
Extensive 5 step interview process. It started with a behavioral interview with the recruiter, then an IQ test and case study, then a technical interview where they asked you questions about your case study, and then a final behavioural interview with the hiring manager and another manager. The case study took me days to complete and I had to really study for the IQ test since I’ve been out of uni for a while. It was grueling so be prepared to work hard for this.
The upside was that the recruiters were extremely communicative throughout the entire process and everything was super efficient.
