The Campus Recruitment Team are all incredibly robotic and display zero personality throughout the interview. It is almost like doing a one sided HireVue digital interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Optiver (Shanghai, Shanghai) in June 2023
Interview
The first round is an online assessment, which contains logical and numeric reasoning problems. The second round is to talk with HR about your personal background and why you meant to apply for this company and role.
I applied in March 2023. There are 5 rounds in total and I got to the last round. The entire process took more than a month. First round is an online assessment where they test numerical, deductive, and inductive reasoning. I had to pass a 90% threshold in the online assessment before getting an introductory call with the recruiter. Then I had a technical interview with the team lead. Passed it too and got a take-home case study and a Python test. Final round consists of 4 interviews (2 technical + 2 behavioral) in total which last for 5 hours.
