I applied online. I interviewed at Optiver (Sydney)
Interview
OA -> HR behavioural -> superday w/ 2x 60 min technicals followed by 60 min behavioural. Technicals were fast paced, with an emphasis on putting pressure on you to try get you to make mistakes / change your mind if you got the answer correct. Final behavioural very non-standard, with lots of follow up questions.
