Mostly relaxed. We talked more specifically on how I work with my clients and what I did in certain situations. The remainder of the interview was the specifics of what the Orchard Real Estate company does.

Did you ever go above and beyond to help a client?
3 phone interviews. 2 video with regional manager and head broker. Seemed to be looking for personality and drive more than technical skills. Asked about my sphere of influence a lot. The position is to work their leads, not mine.
