Ordner Construction Assistant Project Manager (APM) interview questions

The interview went well overall, and the managers were pleasant and easy to speak with. The conversation felt positive and engaging, and I was able to clearly communicate my background in construction project management and relevant experience. However, I was not moved forward to a second interview. I believe this may have been due to my background leaning more toward residential and multi-site project experience rather than heavy commercial construction, which was likely a key requirement for the role.
