The recruiter reached out to me about a position that seemed like a strong match for my background. We had an initial conversation where I expressed interest and answered their questions. After I responded with details about my experience, I never heard back. The lack of follow-up felt unprofessional. Even a short message acknowledging the decision would have made the process more transparent and respectful of my time.
