Initial phone call followed by another phone with manager. No zoom / face to face calls. Relatively easy process. Questions were straight forward going over resume and past work experience.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Osborn Barr Paramore in Jan 2026
Interview
This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional interview processes I’ve experienced.
I was initially contacted by HR via LinkedIn in December 2025 and responded right away. I then heard nothing for over a month until late January, when the same HR representative reached out again asking for my availability. From there, the process dragged on for months with long gaps and no communication.
I interviewed with four different people between February and March, including two senior leaders. Those interviews went well, and I left feeling optimistic. After each round, I followed up promptly and received no response. After my final interviews, I waited an entire month with zero updates. I reached out again to HR and was completely ignored.
In late April, I found out through LinkedIn that the role had been filled. No one from OBP ever communicated a decision or even closed the loop.
Five months, four interviews, and not a single follow-up or rejection. It shows a clear lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. At minimum, candidates deserve basic communication and closure. This process failed on both.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Osborn Barr Paramore (Nashville, TN) in June 2016
Interview
I had a very bad experience in this process. The interview itself was fine and I enjoyed the people I met, but I never heard from them again after that. I interviewed over 2 months ago and followed up via email 5 times, and via phone twice. They (Brittnei, to be specific) never responded to my emails, and when I finally got in contact with her over the phone, she said she'd email me the following week (July 5th), and I never heard from her.
I totally understand if I wasn't the right person for the job. Completely get it and would not be offended at all if they had told me that. The problem was, I went in to the office for an interview, was told they'd be making a decision in the next two weeks, and never heard from them again.
