The interview lasted around 40 minutes. With a lot of quick-fire questions.
The first interview was with the head of design and HR. Surprisingly, my portfolio wasn't discussed during the interview and felt much more like a personality test.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Osprey Packs (Poole, England)
Interview
Two-stage process, involving interview with line manager and HR, and then a second interview with the line manager and head of department. As this was a bilingual position, some questions were asked in a foreign language. I was also asked to give a presentation about their products in the second interview. Overall the interview questions were straightforward, but there were a few surprise tests including a personality test, a proofreading test, and writing test about how I would improve their online presence.
