The like minded people you meet there. During my time I worked with some amazing people.
Cons
Ever since Covid and the sale of the company to a giant American conglomerate, the company never recovered. It’s not what it used to be and I was deeply frustrated with management during my last year there and I never felt like my salary was a fair reward for the work I did especially as I was increasingly covering the work of the many people that left.
Company has gone down hill, unfortunately, and isn't what they sell you in the interviews. The other reviews are not accurate to what the company is today. Mass corporate restructuring means you aren't even in the same company as your manager.
