The questions focused mainly on my past experience. The video call was ok, nothing unusual. However, after the interview, I never received any feedback or follow-up. The lack of communication was disappointing.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oviva (Düsseldorf) in June 2024

It was a three part interview consisting of:
1. Cultural Fit
2. Technical interview 1
3. Technical interview 2 + Group Interview
All stages were professionally conducted with a very clear communication from the interviewers side.
