The questions asked are specific to the role with more emphasis placed on how suitable a candidate is to the role and any relevance with past experience. If past experience is not relevant the interviewee is given a chance to showcase if they have any skills that will enable them fit into the role without much supervision or training

Best Team among NGOs, very cooperative and Friendly. You get a lot of benefits and the contract is quite fair. I was interviewed by the Head of the Finance department as well as the country manager
