Tough interview that went on for long. But enjoyed the conversation thoroughly. Smart people. Can highly recommend taking the opportunity to reach out if you have a passion for economics.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oxford Economics in Oct 2021
Interview
Interview process took a few weeks- 2 rounds of interviews and one written test on some economic theories. Overall process was ok and HR was very responsive and accommodating in terms of rescheduling.
The feedback/ critique offered in the rejection email after the 2nd interview (with two directors) from the hiring team was quite personal/inappropriate , using words such as “a lack of ability”. I find this disappointing.
