Oxford Instruments Marketing interview questions

At the Ann Arbor, MI location, the HR department was great...the CEO and former owner [John Vartanian], on the other hand, was pompous at best and should NOT be allowed to interface with candidate unsupervised. He was more concerned about knowing who he was rather than how I could help the business. He fully and completely demonstrated that he didn't know the first thing about Marketing, Social Media, SEO, PPC, their associated strategies or best practices. I am glad that I was not extended an offer as it would have been a nightmare everyday to work there.
