I applied online through the OUP website. I heard back within a few days that I was invited to take part in a phone interview with a senior member of the Admin team. She was very friendly on the phone and put me at ease. Later, I heard I had been selected for an in person interview. This took place at the offices in Oxford. I was interviewed by the lady who conducted the phone interview and her line manager. They were both very personable and friendly. Within a few days I had heard interview feedback from them.

Invited to an interview which was conducted via phone, received feedback 3 days later. The interview was very short (I was told they were only going to last 10-15 minutes at the beginning of the interview).
