      Interview

Don't waste your time applying here. If you're lucky enough to get an interview you'll quickly find out that they ONLY hire experienced people for entry level roles. They'll be all smiley in the interview then afterwards they will say they hired someone who was already doing the job at another company or that they had more experienced candidates for the role. It's an entry level role. ENTRY LEVEL. That means you don't need experience. It makes you wonder why people with experience are applying for low paid entry level roles. It also makes you wonder why OUP is being trash and only hiring experienced people. Don't apply for OUP. They only want people who have tons of experience and they'll pay you way bellow the average.

      Question 1

What do you know about OUP? Tell us about yourself?

Interview felt really long. Met with three different people. Each session was one-on-one. They were all easy going, kind, and informative but being there for so long becomes a bit overwhelming.
