I interviewed at Oxford University Press (Cairo, Cairo Governorate)
Interview
Quite a lengthy interview process with several steps and a case analysis. However, the hiring manager was quite professional and pleasant to deal with. The interview included several situation/tell us a story about questions as well.

Question 1
How would you approach selling this particular OUP resource to this specific market?
It was a well-prepared interview, fruitful and explanatory with the job description and responsibilities. I'm not sure if such an established organisation should have non-HR officers conduct such interviews; however, it was the case. Second red flag is the fact that job title doesn't match the expectations from the candidate. Educational Consultants are not necessarily sales officers who spend %90 percent of their time introducing products and presenting reports like a salesperson does.
