Two people will interview you. They will ask different questions back and forth. All of the questions are normal interview questions with some catered toward policy experience. Make sure you have relevant experience that aligns with the job description because they expect you to already have a background in policy.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PAF (Hampton, VA) in Apr 2018
Interview
I applied via Indeed and was contacted by their recruiter to schedule a phone interview days later via email. I told her upfront that I had a job already that I did not plan to quit, so I wanted to see what the hours were. She rushed through the interview questions & spoke to me about my concerns during our phone interview. She said that it would be a conflict to continue working at my current job, so I’d have to quit. She said that she (at a minimum) could match what I’m currently making, but couldn’t tell me the pay range for he CM II. I work from home right now. There’s no way I could quit that job without knowing more info. So, I let her schedule me for an in person interview, but I cancelled 2 days before. It’s not worth me quitting. Sorry. I will continue to search for a 2nd job that my main job won’t conflict with.
