Pros

Love the chance to help others all day, every day Generous paid time off, including paid winter shut down. Hybrid work schedules, no weekend or night hours Pay is good and receive merit raises of 3-6% each year Management is experienced and all have been case managers before

Cons

Patients can be challenging sometimes and the work can be emotionally draining. Lots of documentation required for each case
