It's straightforward and pretty easy. You will easily get the job once they call you for an interview. I like the way they listen to you and show many understandings of your circumstances.

The person that was supposed to interview me through a call forgot about it, emailed me to reschedule and then GHOSTED me during the time of the follow-up interview. They didn't respond to my message letting them know I was on the call. I guess I dodged an unorganized place.
