PGAV Destinations interview questions

Was a formal interview then had a speed round personality questions portion. Walked through my portfolio and work samples and what interested me in architecture. Afterwards was a generally laid back portion discussing goals as a professional and what I wanted to get out of employment.

They were not straight forward. The entire thing was left open ended. I wish they had just been honest and said straight up, "You're no the person for this job." I needed to move on and make other arrangements but they left it hanging.
