Interview
First round was with the CFO. Very straightforward behavioral interview and only 30 minutes. Second round was with the CEO. It was described as a technical interview but there was no coding. The CEO asked about my technical background and mostly took questions. He made it clear that they didn't need an experienced database analyst, they needed someone they can teach. The posting only listed 2 rounds of interviews, but there was a third round with the lead consultant, with no notes on what to expect. She asked mostly technical questions.

Question 1
In the first round behavioral, they asked common questions about times I made a mistake or disagreed with someone, as well as how I would handle certain client situations. In the second round technical, they just asked what I know in Postgres, then mostly took questions. In the third round technical, they asked more about my proficiency in Postgres and what my favorite thing about the tool is.
