PHEONIX SOLUTIONS interview questions

The process goes something like this: Resume shortlisting (Make sure that your resume is filled with strong keywords from the JD), basic aptitite test, technical round-1, technical round-2 and finally the basic HR round where you can discuss pay and location.

Went really good- rejected with no explanation. Tried to follow up but to no avail. The interviewer was friendly and even hinted at the prospect of me being selected only to be eventually ghosted.
