I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PHMG (Home) in July 2020
Interview
Interview was on my past explaining my roles and how they may coincide with the role. Didn't really ask any further questions on my roles and didn't even ask for me to give any further examples or gave me any scenarios. I ended up offering examples.
Due to the time of Interview, the light in my home office was far from ideal, so I decided to change room prior to my interview and moved it to a room with better lighting. I mentioned I had to do this and he said it was okay, there was nothing in the background but wallpaper which isn't offensive to the eye so I thought nothing of it. The feedback came and they mentioned how unprofessional it was to not have it in an office. I think that has to be the most offensive and unprofessional comments I have heard. We are in a pandemic and due to the situation no situation is Ideal and for you to make comment because someone does not have an adequate home office is space is disgusting. I think you should look into your staffs interview processes and how they deliver feedback in the future.
I spoke with Emma, an internal recruiter at PHMG. She was amazing keeping me updated throughout the whole interview process. She gave me feedback throughout, and was so supportive. I had 2 interviews, then was offered. One of the best interview process I have ever been through.

How my skills could be transferable since I had never worked in account management.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PHMG (Manchester, England) in July 2021
Interview
Seems like they hire 95 percent they interview as they need hundreds of AMs. I interviewed for one role, they put me in another and then moved me 2 weeks in. Very messy management and my pay package was unclear and unfair.
