1st stage - Call from recruiter telling you about the role, requirements and what it entails. Asks if you are interested and if you would like to proceed to a zoom interview.
2nd Stage interview with your immediate heads of, 2 people interview. Asked basic competency questions, what do you know about the company, its a bit more friendly as the interviewers just want to get to know who you are and if you're a right fit for the role.
3rd stage physical interview with actual Head of overall departments. almost the same questions as first interview just more intense and serious.
Heard back within a couple of days.
