The interview process began with an initial phone screen conducted by a recruiter, where I was asked about my background and experience. This was followed by a technical coding challenge done online using a collaborative editor. The next step was a panel interview that involved system design questions and behavioral questions. Finally, I had a one-on-one with the engineering manager to discuss team fit, expectations, and company culture. The entire process took about three weeks and communication was timely and clear throughout.
