The company has a technical interview in one day only, so you don't have to go through multiple rounds. The hiring team seems to present everything in a warm atmosphere, so you can feel comfortable and not stressed. But at the end, when you are informed you were not hired, you understand that they keep on positing about hirings, without actually hiring someone. If you check carefully on their website, you will see the same position listed after 2-3 months again and again and again. It would be nice if the company would provide 1-2 phrases feedback, about their decision, to each medium/strong candidate, that it could be a good potential. Otherwise, everybody will end up drawing the conclusion that you actually want to hire only genius.
