Received an email for the first interview via Hirevue. The process has one week time to complete. It has three practice questions. The interview via Hirevue doesn't have to complete in one seat.

2 stages phone interview and then they fly you out to a superday. I had 3 interviews on the superday. From my experience and what I hear all the development programs are focused on the cultural fit. They want to know why pnc and if your a good fit for their culture. Internally the culture is really centered around building relationships.

It took place over Hirevue. It was a straight forward process with a few questions. These questions revolved around knowledge about the company as well as the position. It was fairly easy questions to respond to. There were no creative questions that made me think outside of the box
